Our Inspiration
We were disappointed with the chemical-filled soaps and products lining store shelves. That’s why, at Back at the Mill, we are dedicated to crafting small-batch handmade soaps and products using wholesome, as natural as possible, ingredients. We source wild deer tallow, wild bear tallow, local pasture-raised beef tallow, and follow our multi-generational lard and lye soap recipe—free from unnecessary additives.
Our goal is simple: to create a soap that leaves you feeling truly clean, soft, and confident about what you’re putting on your body. Since our skin absorbs what we apply on it, why not choose a healthier, more natural alternative? While we may not be able to remove all harmful toxins from our lives,
we believe every small step counts.
